Can a night owl helmet go with legacy armor? I cant seem to find much about the helmet requirements for the Legacy armor.

Yes, any helmet that is approvable for the modern era is also useable for a Legacy kit.

The short of it is yes, you can use a Night Owl helmet with a Legacy kit
