Question for anyone out there. I have been asked by a fellow member to commission a jetpack identical to the side mounted rocket pack that I built and I figured the easiest way to do that would be to make a mold of it. Also this would be beneficial in case my current one breaks and I would be able to make an easy replacement. A 2 part mold appears to be relatively easy however I am stumped as to how to make it hollow to decrease weight. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
Here is what my jetpack looks like.

Slushcasting would yield a hollow cast I think. Maybe contact Bowfanny, he has alot of experience with casting :)

I still love your jetpack design, vod! How much would you charge for an aquatic mando scuba tank commission??

+1 for slushcasting. Volpinprops has a great tutorial for it on youtube.

Thanks Sep! Good to know!! I will certainly check that out and CK, I charge around $250 but that includes shipping so since I can give you yours in person less than that haha and what kind of look were you thinking? The same basic shape as mine but modified to be more aquatic looking?
