Title: Events F.A.Q. & Naming Conventions

This board is for posting of local convention, events, and charity efforts which Mercs members and the community at large may wish to participate in.

Please DO NOT post event requests in this area - they will likely be lost and ignored. Please use this form to request the attendance local Mercs to your event. (http://mandalorianmercs.org/forum/index.php?action=ezportal;sa=page;p=6)

Events that have been completed will periodically be moved into our 'past events' section.

If you are a Clan Officer, please use this board (http://mandalorianmercs.org/forum/index.php?board=111.0) to post your invasion reports for the newsfeed.


General Information

When posting an event, please provide as much information as possible about the event.  This includes but is not limited to:

Name of convention
Date of convention
Location
Website address



Post Title Format:

Event Name - City, State - Month Day-Day, Year







When posting charity efforts, please provide as much information as possible.  This includes but is not limited to:

Name of Charity Effort
Date of any gatherings or final voting days
Location (if applicable)
Website address



Post Title Format:

Charity Name - Dates - Locations

examples:

Cancer Walk - May 10-15 - Downtown Chicago
Make A Wish Vote for Miley - Ends May 10

Please note that we've expanded this section to include charity efforts, voting, 'charity walks', etc. Please be sure to label your threads correctly so people know what it is your'e looking to accomplish!
