Girls Sabine Undersuit help needed

Anyone know where I could get my 10 year old the Sabine Undersuit? I've got everything else, but i really hate sewing.

I think most Sabine's use Underarmor? don't quote me on that though.

I would look for an under-armor shirt, and look at jodhpurs (riding pants) for the bottoms.....they are snug, stretchy, and thicker then tights...quite a few of them come in 2-tones as well.
