This thread is to track all of the events that are relevant to the club throughout the convention. So far, D*Con has yet to release any info on the schedule/panels this year, but based on the past I can form a basic outline of events. All events are open to all levels of membership except the Parade, consider it one of the perks of being an official member. Of course this is all subject to change and I will update as I get more details.
Table Duties run from Friday morning to Monday day.

Don't be late!Ok same deal as last year, we're crashing the Sheraton Pool, but try to be early. Last year security showed up at 8 and stopped letting people in with beverages. However, this year the event there doesn't start until 8:30 and its no longer mermaids. Its a 'Pin-ups by the Pool Party" This is just a casual meet and greet for everyone to catch up with old friends or meet the newer Mercs and kick the weekend off right. (Also I'll have parade wrist bands to give out here!)
Saturday Morning-Parade
Muster at 9, Handlers Needed!The Parade is for Official Members only and handlers. You will need a parade wrist band and a con badge to gain access to the staging area. The parade route is the same as last years, with the staging area located at the corner of Peachtree Street and North Avenue, at the North Avenue Presbyterian Church. If you are late to the staging area, you will be fighting up stream through the actual parade;don't be that guy
As is tradition, the Star Wars clubs are the end of the parade, so be prepared to wait a bit before we get to step off. After the parade ends, we will gather for the group photo in our usual spot at Hardy Ivy Park (ie the columns). I will have water for us at the end. Its great fun, but be prepared for a hard march. We don't fall out in Naast Clan

Sunday evening at D*Con boasts the Naast Clan Con Crawl and After Party. Besides the parade, this is the big costumed event for the club. All are welcome as we cruise through the hotel lobbies en masse. Much more info to come on this event.

Pack up and cry because the con is over.
