I am currently working on thigh plates with a modular slot. they currently fit my left handed holster on the left, and the ambidextrous holster on either side.

I made a new holster for my westar 35. I figured a holster with a flap would keep dirt and rain off of it if I were to consider Recon. unfortunately my image hosting website is acting up and I was only able to get a few pictures up. the resoline really made the leather darker then I expected.

a little trophy progress, I had a bit of grey fabric with a test of an imperial cog decal and a pilot greeble that I was trying to figure out where to place it on my kit... then I realized that I installed a braid holder and don't wear a braid, so I made one. it includes a strip of black from a fighter pilot (i shot down) and his rank greeble. a strip of grey with imperial cog from a cargo pilot (that I relieved of his cargo), and a strip of green and a (so far unpainted) rank badge from an officer. (Who’s ship I boarded against the captains wishes)


also I had a chance cube that I re purposed into a chance cube

alright everyone, i’ve taken the first step into a larger world

 I also picked up a new utility belt at hot topic for 11$. it is black nylon webbing with 6 pouches!


I have finialy picked up some 6mm sentra so I can finish my new bucket. the next thing I might do is invest in a charcoal jumpsuit and split my kit into 2 kits (the mcquerrie kit will be primarily blue and will possably be a late crusader). After that my wife has expressed interest in a sailor Jupiter inspired Mando! I am very excited to start it!

After the picture was taken I have cut an inch of off the ab plate and picked up the right shoulder, then I removed the Velcro for the elbows. I may put them back, but for now I took them off.

new month, new progress!
this troop on 3/24/18 helped me make up my mind on painting the cod


then I made a rocket for my rocket launcher

 I made a new belt with a pilot style ejection harness for my modern kit.




so I am convinced that Poe Dameron didn't know to step INTO his harness and now they have filmed 2 movies where everyone in the Resistance wears their harness like a doofus but its too late to fix it.
