No guesses?! ok here are a few more pics.

Here I removed the tabs and thinned out the top of filter.

and cut the shade on one side.

glueing and clamping blind.

cut out section and added sintra.


added spacers for hilt,and design for cross guard.

Some scale reference would have helped on your first post...  :P

Glued in the spacers  to help keep it straight and anchored in the hilt.

added end piece to the hilt.

Forgot to put the length of hilt, it's about 8 inches not long enough for a two handed sword unless I add to the hilt.

Haven't done much just trying not to mess up,made crossguard bigger and added generator.

I decided to make the sheath do my sword since im trying to figure out a design for crossguard.

If any one has experience with leather old like a suggestions.
 to cover sheath with leather but not sure the best way to do it.



a few ideas I have in mind will have sword hanging from hip.
