The Costume requirements (CRLs) can be found here http://mandalorianmercs.org/get-involved/costume-requirements/
I would highly recommend sending a PM to Adenn Ray as he can answer any questions pertaining to the membership process in Spanish without having to use a translator.
I would also suggest visiting this board: http://mandalorianmercs.org/forum/index.php?board=93.0 which is the Chile Stronghold.

Te recomiendo mandar un mensaje privado a Adenn Ray, ya que él podrá contestar a cualquier pregunta en relación con el proceso de alta en Español sin tener que usar un traductor.
