Got some more work done this weekend (at mirdala and ruus’ house!). Helmet weathering and a first layer of paint/primer on the jetpack. Also got my wig cut by my friend in my future garrison :)


(Wig was quickly thrown on for the picture so it may appear a little uneven, I’ll be sure to get it on properly for events)



Needs to be blackwashed at the end

Some areas need some light sanding but that’s why I put some paint down to see them :)

It's crazy how more accessible wigs have become since my Bo Katan build just a few years ago. This wig is a great color! Thank you!

My to do list is:
-have the wig trimmed a bit more (it’s a little too long when the helmet is on. That’s happening on 2/10)
-jet pack: do a little sanding and paint (probably going to do the sanding on Monday)
-make jetpack harness (I have a plan for this)
-back plate: some minor shaping and paint
-remake the thighs: just not happy with my current ones. (Right one is half done, need to cut new boxes)
-attach back plate and thighs
-make my gloves or find some in the right color
-black wash all plates/helmet
-hem shirt/vest (have to wait for the belts)
-finish headband and attach to wig

It’s do-able I think. Shooting to finished by end of February so I can start the pre-app process :)

So I can cross wig trim off the list officially! All I have to do is trim the lace and it’ll be ready to go!


(There’s a wig under there!)



I’ve been working on the headband; I had painted it but I was really unhappy with how it looked  so I sanded it down and started painting it again. Hoping to get that done and magnets attached to the wig this week! Here’s a silly picture of my cat while I wait to get some actual progress pictures of the headband lol

Belts have arrived and they are beautiful! I can’t thank delta13 enough for his craftsmanship :D I don’t have any pictures of them on me yet, but here’s a picture of them on my floor lol


I taped my headband last night while at Mirdala’s house. This is ready for paint now!


I’m heading to some friends tonight for help with the back plate and jetpack :)
