Hi Khorkhe and Jorey,
Padm and I have been talking about this one and have made some observations. We think the ideal place for this fellow would be in Legends under Legends of Mandalore as one of the Neo-crusaders we see in the first Knights of the Old Republic Video Game. As we don't have BRLs for this character, we would take a look at him against the pictures we have of that NPC from the game.
Your helmet should have a lighter color of blue running around the "face" of your helmet to the top of the helmet. It is difficult to tell how the different color stops since I don't see it on the back side of the helmet. In that case, I would stop it abruptly at the top of your head.
The Neo-Crusader armor has a definite thickness about it that your plates do not have at the moment. We would like to see you, perhaps back them with something to give them a little more "meat." Focus your effort on the top of the chest plate and the shoulder plates.
Your paint work, while excellent, should be adjusted in a few spots most notably on the shoulders and gauntlets where there should be white. Look a little more closely at the references and add white where needed. Your sigil will have to be removed on the left shoulder and replaced with the large white downward facing shape. The cod plate appears to be a medium to dark gray color as well and missing some vertical lines that correspond with the same lines on the chest plate.
I see two different blue Neo-Crusaders with varying degrees of white paint on their plates. The version you have chosen has two indented outlined rectangles on the right chest plate. Please add these.
Padm and I would like some up close pictures of your gloves. They appear black in color while the references look to be a dark blue.
The belt items for this character appear differently than what you have. It looks to us like there is a medium to light brown plain base belt with two larger rectangular pouches placed close together in the middle, flanked by two smaller rectangular pouches on either side at the hip. These boxes appear to be a darker gray, weathered with light silver around the edges. That would be consistent with the weathering on the rest of the armor.
Your armor should be scratched and dinged with some marks to make it a little more "life lived" looking like the references.
I do not see a reference for these characters with a cape. Please remove your cape when you are ready to apply.
