Invasion

Event location: Kalamazoo, MI [USA]
Date: October 11, 2019
Clan(s) Involved: Tra'cor Clan
Mission Objective: Greet, pose for photos, and mingle with Miller Auditorium patrons attending the screening of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi with John Williams' score performed live by the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra.
Event Report: Tor Johaa'ir and Verd'ika Corps member Luna joined members of the Great Lakes Garrison and Great Lakes Base at Miller Auditorium on the campus of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan for a screening of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi with the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra performing John Williams' iconic score live.  Tor Johaa'ir and Luna greeted patrons on arrival, and posed for photos and mingled with patrons prior to the start of the performance, and during intermission.  Many possible future Verd'ika, younglings, and initiates were instructed on the proper way to hold a blaster or lightsaber while posing for photos in the "selfie-booth" on the Grand Tier.  The local constabulary (in the form of an adorable police dog) prevented the cashing in of bounties sadly, as there were sightings of many Rebels including several random Jedi, Leia Organa, Han Solo, and even a very short, and oddly young-looking, Wedge Antilles, all disguised as patrons.
