So the bucket from kal-props has arrived and it's almost time to get to work on it, but I wanted to get
the pics and post in order before I do.
the first set of pics is pretty much reference for my starting point and goals to make sure I don't forget things i want and or know I need to sort.
first up is the gratuitous

#3: Kalevala visor. I'm Waiting till after it's painted to decide on color
red line: areas to add small chips to
yellow line: add maybe 1/8 of an inch on each side of the visor?

#2: bondo, fill/minor reconstruction
#3: bondo, minor reconstruction of detail
pic 3: left ear cap
shorten ear cap by roughly an inch and drill new holes.

bondo, even out the surface

cut, add vent
pic 6 rear, right
bondo, even out surfaces
pic 7: right cheek

bondo, fill in dent
aside from the work listed there's also padding and retention, fans, voice amp/modulator, battle damage, re-priming, painting, and weathering.
now that this is up, I'm off to start sanding off this primer!
