First Helmet need help

Im going to start on my first helmet but i have no idea where to start, materials, process, anything so if anyone can help or lend me a guide.

My suggestion would be to start here https://mandalorianmercs.org/forum/index.php?topic=72583.0 to begin your planning. Once you have a better idea of what you want, there are many tutorials on the forums that you can check out. Scratch built helmets are awesome but for my first one, I purchased a cast instead.

Which is the best and most sturdiest Helmet, one using the bucket method or the Pepakura.
