I work on my jetpack today:

Nice work so far.  That vaccuum cleaner makes an excellent base for a custom jetpack build like this.  Keep the pics coming!

WOW!  This looks amazing!  And you weren't joking when you said that Vacuum was old...I'm pretty sure they stopped making those before I was born...  ;D

Dude, that just looks awesome! I'm loving the fact that your using an old vacuum. It's a great way to recycle the old thing. I can't wait to see what this looks like when it's completely finished.

My grandmother used to have a vaccuum very similar to that one... man I wish I knew if that old thing was still lying around here. I haven't seen it in years, though, I'm afraid it got thrown out a long while back. If I find it though, I'm so trying this!

The center piece was made with a part of a toy (hHelicopter) and a reading head of video-tapes. I added part of pvc pipe.
