So, I absolutely love this helmet design from Mynok's Den and wanted to be sure it'd be allowed for a Modern Era kit before I go buying one.

I don't believe so. It has too much of a crossover/mash-up look to it. You'd likely have to make major modifications to get it to be approved and at that point you might as well start with a different helmet.

If this is the look you are going for with your kit I suggest drawing up your design. And when using inspiration from other costumes/uniforms remember to start with the basic Mandalorian look and add your inspiration to it rather than taking your inspiration and making it into a Mandalorian.

Have to second that. You can head over to the Q&A board, submit a form with the question and a picture of it to have the App Team go over it and give a hard yes or no, but I highly doubt something that crossed over would be allowed.

Ruus has the right of it; draw up a concept, post it up and folks can give you some suggestions on where you can go with it to keep it approvable but still have the look you're going for. Quick sketching in my head, I'd say a centurion-esque helmet would probably work best with one of the follow elements; something like the mohawk, something like the headbutt plate or something like the back of the neck flare. Two of them, or all three, and you're at crossover rather than inspired by.

I had asked that same question. Cannot be used for OM as it is too much like a centurion and not SW enough
