On April 11th, Arizona Mando Mercs invaded
Wazee’s World for a laser tag event raising money and bringing awareness for the
East Mesa Relay for Life next weekend. We came in the assistance of Rebel Legion who hosted the event. There were many members from the Mos Eisley base (Rebel Legion), Arizona Ghostbusters, and the Dune Sea Garrison (The 501st Legion) there to support the cause. Teaster Kraedur and Solus Keer were the only Mercs in attendance but caused a lot of havoc on the laser tag field.
The event started with a fantastic turnout out of fans and members. Lots of pictures were taken. Some of the costumes in attendance were Han Solo, Darth Vader, Stormtroopers, Biker Scouts, and a fantastic Princess Amidala! The laser tag was an awesome atmosphere with all of the costumers who were involved and all of the people who came to the event enjoyed it quite a bit. All of the Wazee’s World employees were extremely helpful and very enthusiastic with all of the costumes! The event rose quite a bit of money for the Relay for Life next weekend and had a blast doing it.
