Just started on my communications pack so not much done on it yet, but will keep everyone apprised as progress develops.

Very cool! I can't wait to see what you do with it. I like the base for the pack you found there. I plan on making a "demo pack" in the future and I was trying to think of what to base my future design on and that might work for me too.

Whats really nice about using the sterilite as a base is it has claps to hold the lid on, so you can mount all your electronics on the inside and have access to them at a moments notice. They come in lengths and depth, I chose this one for its depth to give that bulky Rep Comm kind of look to it.

I saw someone else had made their pack out of the plastic stackable drawer the other day... But I don't remember who it was or if the pack had any electronics on it... but I do remember the drawer still opened for storage.
