Very nice take on a jet pack/jump pack.  But, I think you need to add a bit more to it to hide the sports gear.  That still shows through way too much...  which is a CRL issue.  It has potential though.  You could add some sintra (or other plastic) to it as a back plate and just cover up the main backplate area and maybe a few more greebs.  Hope that helps.    ;D

Very nice. I do think I'd cover up the mesh area's on the lower back and the two most outer mesh area on the upper back with greebies though. Do your homework faster and get back to working on this  :P

Have a good one,
Hagen

Wow this is pretty dang cool. The main thing that gets my attention is the stitching to the point I cringe because IMHO no matter how much time you spend, it would still look like a rush job. It's the small attetion to detail that makes a kit great. Keep up the good work

I had to do something similar with some shoulder pads I made.  One of the easiest things (and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) is just uses some bondo to fill in the gap where the stitching is.  A little sanding, back to painting and you are golden!

I love the direction of this as I have been thinking of a jump pack / sleek pack look. This is a nice looking one, but I have to agree, fill in the stitching line with some bondo or something and that will help, along with taking care of some of the mesh parts. Think about what each part would do if it were real...what are those vents supposed to be doing?

The overall look is very cool and gives me ideas.

Keep it up.

Personally I like the look of the mesh vents. Perhaps that's too many on there. I'd say cover the top ones with greeblies and leave the back ones open. As far as covering the stitching goes, bond would likely crack and fall off that armour. I would use silicon, even if it's just caulking, and then paint over it.

I think it looks brilliant , maybe some hoses coming from the vents into the upright pieces on either side would look good , 100% for creativity  ;)

I think some of the venting would look nice but less is more- This is a great sleek looking build!

I'm going to have to find some of my old Zoid models for inspiration now. Yes I use to build those models.
