I have a question or two xP

So are you using Sintra as your main construction material? And also the parts you had cut, did you have them directly cut out of the Sintra(?)? And where did you take it to have them cut? Was it just a "good ole person I know" type thing? Or was it a business?

I appreciate your time in answering my questions, and I look forward SO much to seeing your continued work on your J-pack. Keep the updates coming and I'm sure the community will keep trying to wipe drool of their keyboards xP

Hi Thx for Your opinion. Nice to read it
I'm in hurry because this JP I'm making for my friend who is going to Essen . So it is possible to see it in real .
It is just prototype so it is almost finished. Some finishings, smoothings etc will be made later. Molds of corpus I want make in october. Molds of all other parts I have now . Fins for rocket I've cut of alu.
So, Main material of corpus is 2mm polistyrene sheets and 16, 18, 22mm pvc electrical pipe, also 100mm pvc pipe of ventilation systems (OBI, Leroy Merlin, Praktiker or other hobby markets), also I use alu tubes. Sintra is OK for internal fastenings. Sintra is not good for me because it has to soft surface. As glue I use SuperGlue. Prototypes of some parts are made by my friend. He is professional turner. All parts which were cut of 2mm polistyrene sheet are cut by laser cutter. It is cut by one of advertising companies in Torun. All drawings for cutter I prepared in Corel Draw.  Alu tubes are standard 70mm tubes.

Now my aerograph is out of order. Shading I made using spray paint. It looks not enough good. I know it.
When I'll do mold of jetpack's corpus and cast it, I want to paint it properly
Also some details must be made, e.g. head of beacon light must have holes, etc.
