FYI - you may want to rethink the pleather.  It will be sooooo hot!  As for patterns, sorry no idea.

This is a terrible idea.  Pleather does not allow water or air to pass through it and is not flexible enough to be used as a flightsuit.

You could look into getting an actual flightsuit... Most surplus stores will have them in stock for $35-$60. You can also get some work coveralls.
Pleather and leather work better for pouches, belts, kamas, and vests.

No need to reinvent the wheel.  Start with a RedKap coverall. They're cheap to begin with and sturdy.  A little moding and a little weathering and you have a solid Mando jumpsuit.

For my Mando suit I used the CT10 coveralls.  They're great.  And always on sale for about $25.  I added a mandarin collar and the iconic mando double sleeves with seam on the top of the bicep.  Viola.

Good choice in going with a real flightsuit.

Pleather would have sweated you to an absurd level.

You mean will pleather work for a winter kit ?
Won't work, first you sweat while putting on your armor and then you get cold because you're soaking wet under that suit.
