2 Coats of Bondo Skin .... leveling out nicely . ;D




Next ..... Primer Coat - Back sanding - More primer - etc .

 I'm getting slowly towards the End of this Build.
But That's usually where the "Doubts" & "What ifs" show up ....  :-\

No Biggie ... But it is fun to try new things .... I'm trying to figure out the paint apps now .... ugh  ???
Oh well ... if it doesn't work out I'll just Shelve it & Try again another Time .

Update :

First big Set back ....  :-\  kinda ...

 As it Was Stated by Zedrin earlier , the Back was a
little Flat ....I thought it Would be fine .......  Well ....  :rolleyes: after fully assembling the whole thing
 it was too flat .... & It looked all Wrong .... WAy wAY wrong .... So I took it all apart ....again.

Now with the New Cut-out it will look much Better ...  ;)






16 Days until I have to Wear it , So it's Crunch time ....  :P

 Too bad the Back plate weighs 2lbs alone ...  :-\

until I retro fit it to work with the New shape .... which is probably not going to happen

2 lbs? Maybe you could find a thinner material to shave some weight... Why not use some 3mm Sintra?
