    MANDALORIAN/DEATH WATCH GRUNT

    SOFT PARTS
    • Flight Suit
      • The flight suit will be blue in color and have the standard Mandalorian double-sleeve.
      • The neck seal will be a straight tube with light padding inside of it. It has a small tuck on the top.
      • It is slightly higher in the back and under the jaw line in the front.
    • Spat
      • No spats should be used for the TCW Deathwatch builds.
      • Although due to CGI cheat in the show portrays some movement that could be considered less than hard armor, it has been decided it’s due to animation not actual portrayal.
    • Flak Vest
      • The vest is Jango Fett style, navy blue in color.
      • This will be a leather or leather look fabric
    • Boots
    • Gloves
      • The gloves should be blue in color and of a leather or faux leather material.
    • Waist Wrap
      • Dark brown leather or leather look fabric approximately 1" wider than ammo belt at top and bottom.
    • Belt
      • The front piece of the belt is 1.5-inches wide.
      • The top piece has a ½-inch wide and 2.5-inch high pill-shaped hold cut in it.
      • A ¼-inch wide piece is located on either side of the ‘buckle.’ Then a 1-inch, then a ½-inch, then a 3-inch are located on either side of those.
      • The next pieces will be 2-inches wide and have a 1-inch wide 1-inch high square with rounded edges cut in it.
      • If the above measurements are not enough to place the sky blue stripes in the correct location, then modify them to do so.
      • The back of the belt will include similar pieces to cover the entire length. The back piece will be a 3-inch piece with a 2-inch wide, 2-inch high hole in the center as with the sidepieces.
      • Color gunmetal grey or black.


    HARD PARTS
    • Helmet
      • An animated Deathwatch style helmet must be used.
      • The dome, face, and back is painted gunmetal grey or charcoal grey. The mandibles, key slot indentation, and band are Rustoleum brilliant blue. The cheeks and light gray or silver.
      • The helmet should have the narrower design with the longer face and the T should come to points at the ends.
      • There are no diamonds on the forehead of the helmet.
      • The right earcap must match the left.
      • There is no RF for Season 2 Death Watch Grunts.
    • Shoulder Plates
      • The shoulders are stylized shape, slightly curving inward on the sides.
      • They are gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color.
      • Symbols must match references in color and design.
    • Chest Armor
      • Chest armor must be the animated Deathwatch style and consist of two chest plates, ab plate, diamond, and collar plate.
      • Plates are gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color and weathered through slightly.
      • The chest slots are not to be cut out. The slots should be painted with red paint.
    • Back Plate
      • Must be the animated Deathwatch style armor.
      • It is gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color.
    • Cod Armor
      • The cod armor is in a stylized shape more of a triangle than the normal cod shape.
      • It is gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color and weathered through slightly.
    • Thigh Armor
      • Must be the animated Deathwatch style armor.
      • The plate rides on the outside of the thigh rather than on the front of the thigh.
      • The holsters are built into the thigh plate and appear as part of the armor.
      • They are gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color.
    • Knee Plate
      • Must be the animated Deathwatch style armor.
      • The base color is flat silver/light grey.
    • Shin Armor
      • Must be the animated Deathwatch style armor.
      • They are gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color.
    • Boot Armor
      • Must be animated Deathwatch style armor.
      • Near the ankle, the armor should be gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color.
    • Hand Plates
      • The hand plates are a completely custom design in a ‘tombstone’ shape.
      • They are gunmetal grey or charcoal grey in color and weathered slightly through.
    • Gauntlets
      • The gauntlets are a completely custom design.
      • They are a set of clamshell cylinder gauntlets.
      • There is a notch on the top which is approximately 3-inches wide and 1-inch long.
      • In front of it is a long box that is ½-inch high, 3-inches wide, and runs ½-inch from the edge of the elbow and wrist of the gauntlet.
      • Another ½-inch box fits on the top that is approximately 3/8ths of the length of the original box.
      • The edges all fade with a 60-degree edge except for the top that is a 45-degre angle.
      • There are two small rectangles on the top outside of each gauntlet.
      • They are flat silver/light grey in color and slightly weathered through.
    • Jetpack
      • Must be the animated Deathwatch style jetpack.
      • The paint pattern should be silver/light grey or gunmetal with red accents as seen in the shown in theartwork
    • Pistols
      • The pistols will be custom made based on the pictures of the blasters used in the television show.
      • The pistols are silver/chrome in color.
      • The pistols may both be built of equal size to fit in the thigh holsters.
      • Refer to picture for the build.
      • Due to the portayal of sound in teh animated series, Westar 34's (Jango Fett's guns) may be substituted on real world armor.
    • Carbine
      • A carbine can be carried in a similar design to the pistol, but more bulky.

    Sorry if this is considered necroposting, I'm still new around here and finding good DW build info has been a challenge. I had to give respect on this list of approved equipment. I can't find a complete set of armor templates anywhere so I'm drafting it all from scratch by studying pic after pic. Thanks a million!

    I would disagree with the flat black for the bucket and certain armor pieces.  Dark charcoal grey would be the best match for this.  In addition, I'd incorporate Sail Blue by Rustoleum for the main blue on the bucket with a bit of Spa Blue to soften the edges.

    I'd also update the flack vest to include "...or other heavy material..." to include duckcloth.

    Especially the flak vest suggestion,makes more sense with the matt highly flexible material they seem to be made of
