Hello everyone this is my first WIP, thanks to my vode such as Kris Jasra, Kitala Enby, Reyn Vok'chi, Paul Vardabob, Ken, Kyle and a few others for the advice and support really appreciate it
I started off brainstorming with a few ideas on colours and what type I was going to be, settled on a heavily armored Mando as I am roughly 6'4 and only 16
Once I got my base idea done I started on the basics, first thanks to Paul Vardabob for providing me with a boiler suit really appreciate it man
Dyes it black, bought some boots with no laces and some leather flight gloves to start everything off.
Also with some help from my parents built a flak jacket.
Also as I was doing a few exams I wanted to do something to keep my mind occupied other than video games and revision so I built my very first blaster hope you like it
Cobbled it together from a broken P228 pistol, a piece of PVC pipe,
plumbing nozzle, 3mm sintra, plastic curtain rod covers, plastic parts and other various pieces.
So first to start off the armour I traced out the paper templates, cut them out and applied them to my flak jacket for the right sizes and placements. Thanks to Kit for helping me sort out the back.

I started to trace out onto sintra and cut it out, sanded the edges down to smooth them out a bit.
After that I started with the collar piece and heated it up to form properly, fit it into place and folded it slightly until it was at the right angles.
This is how far I have gone, tomorrow I will heat up the rest and form them, very excited to do this
also I will update this WIP as much as I can when I have spare time.
Please comment and share any advice it will all be appreciated

P.S These images are now just pictures I had taken at the LFCC in London my first Comic Con, was a long journey but worth every minute to meet you guys
Also got to meet Chewbacca which is not a usual thing to happen
Also thanks to Paul who was at the con helping me with the helmet sizes, otherwise this pic would not be as cool looking and the blaster again thanks to Kit
Hey everyone got a big update on what I have been up to
The back plates, collar plate and shoulder plates have had a coat of grey undercoat for the paints
After this I gave them all a even coat of silver. ( Sorry I do not have a pic of the back plate in silver as I was already giving it the other coats of paint )
And now this is where the fun begins
Sprayed my beige coat and did a secret technique on my armour, the shoulder bells came out like this
Then I added the red stripes
I then applied this to the other pieces and here is the result
So so pleased with it
Will continue it as soon as possible.
Hey again got even more progress to show
Chest pieces are done so so happy
Went to the Cardiff Con and got a pic of my current set up
The thigh plates are being modified to stay up better, helmet and gaunts are still coming but still excited
Update: My new grenade prototype
The TFG-M1 or the Timed Fragmentation Grenade Mark 1
