Less work for me!  :)

Two questions. Shinyness, it is like super reflective (mostly due to that weathering) still, some parts of the black are a little shiny, is that ok?

Two, finishing the outside, did you use any fixate on yours? Or do you know a strong fixative.

A bit of shiny is ok.  But not a lot if your bucket is supposed to be all weathered and oisk.  Although a bit of a brown wash will take away the shiny.  As for finishing the bucket.  I just put a spray on clear coat on mine (used matte, also a good way to get rid of unwanted shiny) I'm not really sure what you mean by a fixative.
