TK products makes a fine selection of voice amps called Voice Boosters. Most people I've seen go with the MR 1505 (http://store.voicebooster.com/voicebooster-mr1505-aker-12watt-voice-amplifier/)
But I've had the chance to play around with a 1506  and had nothing but a grand time with it, still loud and proud. (http://store.voicebooster.com/voicebooster-mr1506-aker-10watt-voice-amplifier/)
Also, if you have the extra pocket change, you can get his iComm, about the size of a credit card and adds the cutoff sound effects to the beginning and end of your clips and talking (http://store.voicebooster.com/icomm-imperial-communication-system/).
Here is his Forum page for his products, he has a coupon you can use on the website that gives you I beleive ten percent off.

Also, if you do get one and are interested, I'd like to extend an offer to you to view my comm chatter project thread. The Muraan Clan and a few others are working on Comm Chatter in a Mandalorian capacity to play through your comm with the Line In from an MP3 player or phone to give a "livelier" approach to your Mando. Here's the link:

Mando Claus brought me the 1505 for Christmas two years ago and it works like a champ.

Picked one of these up recently. It's nice. Small case, great sound. Has a line in for an mp3 player as well.

I'm trying to find an inline Microphone amp because I have an amplified speaker I can fit into my helmet, once I find that I'll post a thread with links to Amazon for the parts

You must forgive a fool for his foolishness; this amp/speaker will not sit in the helmet, will it? where are people mounting the speaker? in a pouch? surely it needs to come from the helmet to work?.....

...any tips will be appreciated :) thanks
