cut the rin off should do a fine job




size fitting wasn't sure if it was gonna be big enough

I agree but wondering if I should go with a construction helm or  just go ahead with the fiber glass and make one

down fall with the construction is the big dent in the top is that allowed or will i have to bondo that and make it smooth

What do you mean by big dent?

You'll want to bondo the holes, dents though could be explained away as damage. Big starship crash, headbutted a rancor... whatever.

Looks great! I love the hardhat ridge on these bucket buckets. Are you planning on leaving the piece in the bottom of the visor? I'm hung up on that myself at the moment.

No I left it there to hold its shape till I mount the visor in

You got the cheeks in its ok to cut it free now it won't move
