i had a question about my bracer, i just made a new one and was curious if i can use leather thong, to lace the uderside of it or if it has to be a solid wrap around of armor?

I'm not a Fan of Nylon webbing at all ..... but your correct on the Shinny aspect .....  :-\
That doesn't help sell the other worldly look Very well ...
Cover it in leather  &/or Replicate it in leather = winner .......
 However this is only my old School Opinion , it means little .....  :-X

It's odd you should say that, I was actually contemplating doing it in leather. Even if I use the webbing I will most definitely use old stuff or weather the hell out of it.

In any case it may not even make the final draft, I'm still in the 'figuring stuff out' phase.

so ive been looking and havent found any CRL's on custom sets of armor. it is going to be Boba/Jango style, but not canon. any tips?
