To reserve your room a non refundable deposit will be required to hold your spot, make sure you have your store account made before making the deposit!
When making your deposit for a room please make sure to let us know if you will be staying 3 or 4 nights along with how many people will be staying in your room (up to 4). Please only use the deposit option ONCE when reserving your room. We have multiple payment options you can choose from to make payments towards your room.
If you have made a deposit but did not tell us how many nights please submit a help desk ticket on the forums to the Events Team so we can update your information.
We are so excited to once again bring this amazing event to you all and we look forward to the making of new memories!
