So I have now polished the Rancor head and the blade
The blade has a nice old used look.
I will take the knife still a wash and then it is finished

That looks amazing!
I need to take a closer look at that, and try it myself.

Did you do the blade printing design by yourself, or got it somewhere?

the basis was once a template from the net which had however at that time some errors and I then everything completely overworked as good as it was then today I would make much different.
