I don't see why not. Pretty classic with a pointy brow, reminds me of the Alter Ego Armory Guardian.

Alter Ego Army is starting work on the model this week, I had contacted him to see if the creator would approve.

Yeah, all of their stuff is approved, I believe.
I have a Guardian, looking at it right now. That's what made me think of it.

As is this does not meet the current CRL requirements for a modern helmet. It needs earcaps for sure. But you can ask in the Q&A forum (https://mandalorianmercs.org/forum/index.php?board=420.0) for a definitive answer from the Approval Team.
