Title: Flight Suit
Post by: Toney12 on Mar 13, 2021, 10:38 AM
Do we have to use a flight suit or can I wear something else?  I’m designing my own Mandalorian and would like to wear leather-ish leggings/top instead. Would this be approved/allowed?  Thanks!!

Your “flightsuit” can be either one or two pieces. The fabrics and colors of each must match the other though. Some people use scrubs, some “Underarmor” leggings and such, some Dickies. I wear a set of black BDUs with the shirt tucked in.

You can wear leather-ish looking stuff for a flight suit if you want.  The term flightsuit is to help us keep in theme with the Mando aesthetic.  As long as the top and bottom match and cover (most mando's don't show skin, though a few have gone sleeveless) you have a good bit of leeway as to design.

Our beast tamers/hunters are actually required to have a kit with natural fibers including leather if they want to be in the brigade so the issue wouldn't be with the material.  Keep the execution within the star wars universe and you will be fine.  :)

Happy building!
