Title: Does this flightsuit fit the part?

Hey everyone, I'm really trying to get this right and need some assistance. Picked up this flight suit and it used to be big, well I grew into it  :laugh: >:( :(  please tell me if it should be altered more. The crotch is definitely hugging, I'm wondering about the sleaves being too baggy and if I should remove any zippers/pockets.
