Title: Cutting pvc pipe?

Hey Mercs!

I have some 4” pvc pipe that I have traced out some shin armor onto. What is everyone’s favorite method for cutting complicated shapes out of Schedule 40? Hacksaw? Dremel? Cutting wheel or straight bit? Any other ideas?

Depends on what you have access to.  I used a Dremel to cut my original knee plates from some Schedule 40 pipe.
