Title: Amigurumi Tooka Doll
Post by: DankeYanki on Jan 25, 2022, 01:24 AM
Hello everyone!

This is a kinda special accessory that I am planning to add to my (still in progress) kit. This Amigurumi Tooka Doll was made with the help of a local and is arround 30cm tall. The colours are meant to match with the colours of a fox which is also our city district sigil. The Idea was to add a non cruel kind of trophy/personal item because most of the conventions in my area are more targeted into a younger audience. This probaly also works as a cool prop for people or kids in this case that want to hold something in their hands while taking photos with me.

Right now I am not 100% sure on how to mount this doll to my kit, but I might get something like a "doll holster". Otherwise the doll will stay in my small carry bag that I take to every convention as some kind of "ready to use" prop.

I actually love this so much, that I want to end up with 10 more of these lol.

Kinda makes me think of Cable's teddy bear.  A little memento of your child-person.

I think that littles will love it, it'll soften the 'well-armed space maniac' look and add to the kid-friendly.

I love it! It won’t be the first tooka I’ve seen and I plan on one myself (seeing as my own “tooka” was the inspiration for my kit).
