Title: Patterns for medieval-style leather goods (pouches, vambraces, greaves, etc.)
Post by: Jorg Mereel on Feb 10, 2010, 12:49 PM
Ner vode,

I just found this, and I thought it may be useful:

http://almogavares.foros.ws/t934/patrones-cuero-grebas-mochilas-y-mas-cosas/ (http://almogavares.foros.ws/t934/patrones-cuero-grebas-mochilas-y-mas-cosas/)

It's from a Spanish armourmakers' forum, and there are a few things that I believe can be used as Mando gear, with some tweaking (e.g. using Sintra instead of leather, etc.).

The forum is in Spanish, but the pics are pretty self-explanatory and the patterns are 1:1 scale.

Enjoy!

most the armor ones are easy to adapt to sintra. The gaunts are a good crushgaunt base I think.

Truly nice find I have been looking for that link for a few weeks because someone erased my bookmakers. Now back to designing my kit.
