Title: Any one else Check Out Esty?
Post by: NoUniqueUserName on Apr 07, 2011, 02:54 PM
If you look at Esty.com they have have various items, both hand made and vintage, that could be appropriated for parts of an outfit. They go through ammo pouches fast over there (priced at $20 and up). I swear I saw a mando bucket over there too.

Some of the handmade pouches and bandoleers are pretty spiffy looking.

(I do think that the site is used more for the steampunk community, but it would be a good place for anyone making things to sell without having to use Ebay.)

Etsy still charges per post, so its not an amazing alternative to eBay, but it is an alternative.

That bucket that is on there I believe is TForces, hasbro mod, looks decent =D

It definitely is a "steam punk" community, very hipster esk, but a lot of the small stuff can be used for different things on a mando I would think. For the right price I'm sure you could find a lot of things there.

I just scored a really nice ammo belt from Etsy yesterday. It's Swiss if I remember correctly. Like the ones worn by the Tuskin Raiders in ANH. Was a great price once I researched it a bit. Good place to look.
