Just a couple questions on weapons before I begin planning them and building them.
First, I have seen (in passing) the word 'railgun' mentioned in some places, and found a brief artilce on Wookieepedia about them. Would such a weapon be permitted in the form of a long-range rifle?
Second, what is the MMCC policy in terms of using Paintball guns as a base for costuming weapons? I understand the non-firing concept and with the one I am considering modifying it won't take much to do that, but is there anything else I should could in mind while working with a Paintball gun conversion? If it is allowed at all?
