I've seen a few people using a small key chain looking digital photo screen inside their gauntlets. What kind is being used and is there a source for the images displayed?

There's really two that you can get without sacrificing an organ for on Amazon.
The first would be the August DP150, which is usually on sale for 7 bucks like it is right now. The downside? Holy hell is it pink. You'll need some steady hand work unless you're using a slot or built in hole to paint over that pink.

The second is the Coby DP151, which comes in four colors and frankly looks like it has a better display.

As far as image sources, I'm not sure of what exists. There are a few scope images and radar photos lying around, but ones made specifically for the purpose of Mandalorian pictures is a grey zone unless you make them yourself.

I used a super cheap one from Amazon (~$8) and velcroed it under a cutout in the gaunt so only the screen shows.  For images, I just google searched stuff.  I ended up using some old wanted poster images from Galaxies, some wireframe illustrations from a wiki or an old book or something, and the Millenium Falcon targeting image. . .
