If I recall correctly, some time ago it was ruled that short sleeve flight suits were now acceptable, but that they would be highly scrutinized. The CRLs haven't changed to reflect that, but I haven't seen an announcement repealing that. Try hitting one of the App Team with a PM to double-check.
