Does your boot armor ever give you trouble?

Nah. It clicks a bit when I walk - the front of the plates tap against the ground at the end of each stride - but that's about it. They're only attached at the highest point of the plates, so I still have full range of motion.

My Late Crusader’s lace covers don’t allow my toes to bend back very far. It’s only a problem when I try to squat down tho.
I like the way your blue and brass(or copper?) contrast. Do you have any upgrades in the works?

Thanks! I used rub n buff to get the copper color.

I have too many upgrades in progress, hah... some new shnees to replace my knee plates (I've never liked them), a new belt (or belts) that actually attach to my cod armor so they can't slide off (and also fit a bit better), a new double-barrel side-by-side blaster, probably some new bracers eventually, maybe some thigh plates... this is my favorite kit to work on, so the upgrades will probably never stop

This was my first event wearing my new shnees. I'm really pleased with how much more comfortable and easy they were to wear. Just need to add some gear to them to get 'em a bit more Mando and I'll be ready to call them done

If you are talking about this Mando here that is Aldwyn Kass representing our Indy Taakure Clan. Also I dig those schnees and hard to go wrong with that poncho/cape look. That western/gunslinger vibe is just the best haha You planning on adding anything to those thighs?

I've got some Death Watch thigh plates that I may add at some point, not sure. Have a few other bits I want to improve before I decide one way or the other.

Chuy's Parade in downtown Austin! This year I brought along my SWTOR beskad from Mynock's Den to mix things up a bit. It was pretty amazing to have the general public suddenly know what a Mando is 











I also had the pleasure of attending an early screening of The Rise of Skywalker at Lucasfilm headquarters in San Francisco. Though I didn't troop the event, I couldn't resist bringing my bucket along for a photo with the Yoda fountain:
