Calling it a kidney plate seems wrong to me. It looks on Boba in original screen caps to be a butt plate. The cod and butt connect below the belt line. I kept getting told while trying to get a 2nd kit approved that my kidney plate wasn't high enough. I kept saying "that's because it's not a kidney plate. If it connects to the codpiece, which covers the crotch, it's basically the back waistband of briefs. Kidneys are above the belt.

Both my cod and kidney plates extend from above my girth belt to where you see them under the girth. Nothing hangs beneath the belt. The cod just barely above, but as you can see the kidney plate is centered on the girth. That said, yes, the plate is just below the kidneys, but kidney plate sounds better than butt plate. ;)

If anything, the two together should basically fit like a belt, but not higher.

This is so great! Now UMs do not have to be visiting the CRLs for every little thing. It is expected for anyone to visit the CRLs and consult but to have a visual idea of what is what and where it goes helps for a more clean build. I wish I had this when I entered! Kandosii for the thread well done.
