Wondering if this concept is approveable my local clan rusalors all say they like it and would approve the kit if I made it just want to make sure its okay don't want to waste material building to be rejected

You will need to remove the diamond for a LC. That is a modern only item.
The coat will need to be short, capped or no sleeved. The lower sleeve must be flightsuit and match the trousers.

Other than that the concept looks fine to me.
