Collar, Ab, Knee plate

Hi everyone. I’ve a pair of questions...

1- Does my collar plate must cover also part of the shoulder or i can buid it or these littler than Fett’s style..?

2- Dose my ab plate must be one pice or i can build it in 2 or 3 separate pices..?

3- Knees plates aren’t very comfortable in some pisotions... i wish i build them littler than fett’s style, there is a minimum dimension..?
