I have a question about:

So, I heard that soft costume CRLs are in the works...  any idea of when those may be posted?  We have a cosplayer locally that does a great Dutchess Satine and would love to apply for membership.

There is a lot of moving parts in regards to launching the Soft Costume CRLs and it is still early in 2018 :) the goal is to have them launched this year.
