Hey all,
I'm currently in the Pep stages of my build and lord have mercy.  I've getting guidance from my clans Ruus'alors but they said I should post here for some critique.  I have the helmet ready but the chest is somewhat giving me an issue due to my back and body shape.  I have a very broad back so it pushes the back out.  The sides do connect, but I have it cut so I can enter and exit the piece.  I've been shaving it down and I have it close and I'll post some more photos here in a few hours once I get back.  In the mean time, thoughts and concerns?  Thanks all!

I have no idea how hard it would be to modify pep - but it looks right from the front and sides where it connects, but far too wide on the back. What I think it needs is more of a curve behind the shoulder to mirror the curve on the front. The curve should have a slimming effect and match the blockier back to the curvier front.

Anothering thing you might try is removing a section from the middle to bring the sides in a little closer.  That section looks a bit easier to modify.  Haven't done any pep all the way through to a finished product though.

I think im in this camp. What if the middle section of the back were removed. Then reattached ?

Always interested to see a crusader build, so I'll be watching with interest! I concur with the others in regards to the back plate sizing. Looks like it'd be pretty uncomfortable long term at that width.

I can see how to slim/curve the back.  I think I may be able to essentially cut away at the two outer pieces and round up to the the top.  From there I can reconnect the slimmed inner runner and angle it.  I don't see a way to redesign in the pep system.  I don't think i can take away from the roundness because it hugs me so close as it is.   Adjusting it like it was posted above may be my bet route.  Once I've made adjustments I will post again/

Alrighty, I know it has been a minute but I have new photos!  I cut down on the back and made a few adjustments.  The front was okay from before so I did not touch it.  Once I loose a little more weight the piece should cut down on me as well.

So it’s looking good then Kris? I’m glad to hear, I had some concerns but was ready to modify. 😁
As for my files, I picked them up off of Fierfek. The designer has tons of pep files.

The upper shoulder has been reduced in width and is sitting closer to the back, and the over the shoulder and under the arms sections still smoothly match up. They were all the parts that I saw that needed to be worked on.
