Collar should right against your throat. They look to be a little but wide, but hard to tell without taping them to you to.give them a bit of shape.

I will tape them on tomorrow and send in more pics , when I pull them up to my throat the bottom will ride about 3 inch above my belly button is that normal or do I need to add another section to the bottom

One to 2 inches is pretty standard, but we'll know after we see pics. Put a piece of tape or something where your navel is for next photos

Drop the bottom lame on the torso plates also. It goes way beyond your belly button! Good start on the bucket!

Width wise you're about right.  I would say get your waist items done before you decide how long to go.

Having all your softgoods done first is a good way to go, yeah :)  Many people do it the other way, but there'll be less guess work on shaping and sizing if you do the armor last.

very good thank you sir ill go back to working on my bucket till I get the cloth needed for the soft goods I was going to do the two piece out of scrubs I read that the long sleeve can be a different color but does it matter what type of fabric it is made of , also if I'm using a wide girth belt can I attach kama and loin cloth to the bottom of the scrub top if it hidden behind the girth belt and I was also thinking to attach the girth belt and weapon belt to the bottom of the flak vest some how maybe straps coming down from the back side of every thing  the way my body is shaped I have a hard time keeping any thing up around my waist that is not secured some how would hate to have a wardrobe malfunction an hour into the day

Fabric type for the rest of the sleeve doesn't matter either. I have a scrubs top with under armor sleeves.
As long as those attachments are hidden, yes to all.
I also highly recommend a set of suspenders run between your flightsuit top and your vest to your pants.
