Finally picked the Pantoran Mando off the back burner. I used an NME Props Mercenary helmet. I cut/sanded the visor, key slots, and turn signals. Then I sanded the ear caps and RF pieces. I glued the ear caps on and filled the outer edge gaps with free form air sculpting epoxy dough then sanded that smooth. Next I sprayed everything with self etching primer, wet sanded everything with 400 grit sandpaper, followed by painting everything in krylon brilliant aluminum metallic paint.

Got a flight suit for this kit. It's two piece under armor. The top has built in thumb holes so I can ensure that the sleeve tuck into my gloves. The logo on the top will be covered by the vest. The pants have a logo on the right side only and it will either be covered by kamas or a patch. I think the little kill stripe looking things are ok since it's like a bloodstripe. Would appreciate thoughts on that though. There are no pockets on the seat of the pants, which is fabulous. It has hip pockets but the zipper is hidden. They also have zippers at the ankles but they color match the flight suit and the zipper tab can easily be removed or covered. I think I'm going to have shin plates for this so it might be a non-issue in the end.
