Hi guys,
Just started bulding a new set of blasters for my 2nd armor - going to make a light blaster pistol and a bigger hunting rifle (I already bought cheap asg PPSh-41 for a base),

Sidearm first.
I used Walther P38 toy (it has sound board, yay) as a base:

And here's what I got after 1st day of work:


Greeblies are just some parts from the model kits from the first photo.

After miliput dries it'll be ready for first sanding, then bondo, then sanding etc etc till it's nice and smooth. I may, and probably will, add more details/greeblies later.

My blaster pistol is still a work in progress somehow  but I managed to build and fully finish my main weapon - hunting rifle.

After 5 years of mercs'ing around with nothing more than a pistol in my holster I decided it's a high time to make a bigger gun.
Cheap airsoft PPSh 41 was used as a base:

At this point I realized that I don't like the Madsen-like mag, so I built new one more in style of czechoslovakian ZB vz.26:



The fake wood effect was achieved with many many layers of thinned down acrylics (only brush was used, no can/airbrushed paints).


And the final result:









Now it's time to finish this damn pistol
