So I am looking to make a mando that was primarily on the lower levels of coruscant so it's more of a street rat kinda look to it, not bulky and keeps it to a minimum for mobility colors are not set, and I'm thinking of doing sleeveless.

I like the look, it feels like the greys and urban colors would be good to blend into the crowd when necessary in a populated place like coruscant. I’m not sure if sleeveless is allowed but I don’t know enough about the rules to say. But I like the look of your concept!

Sleeveless won't fly unless you're doing a canon character that doesn't have sleeves from what I've been reading.

So as far as I'm tracking you are able to do sleeveless as long as you have gauntlets/wraps on your arms and you cant use just a tank top but if there has been an update on that ruling pls give me heads up on that, but the way I have this planed it will fit and look in universe

I did not draw this wish I did but I found this in the depths of my PC's hard drive and it kinda got me rolling on the design of a street runner kinda look for a mando.
I am intending on making this all as functional as humanly possible. I have someone working on some code to use a phone on the gauntlets for some tech that is going into the helmet and other parts of the kit, for the helmet it's self I am still trying to pin down a helmet that will fit and fit the look that I want but it's slow going lol. The weapons are 2 handguns that have reload functions and extra magazines. If anyone knows of a good soft part's maker for vests that what I really need help on so if yall know of someone give me a heads up.

That's correct.  Sleeveless or short-sleeved flightsuits are permitted.  Wraps, on their own, aren't anymore, so you'll need hard armor vambraces.  You can still have wraps UNDER the armor.

There's a sleeveless Mando in my clan, so there IS precedent for approved sleeveless custom Mandos.
