I’ve always struggled to find boots that fit me, as I have very wide feet. This pair has been the closest I’ve come to a comfortable pair of boots in over a decade:

My concern is the fabric mesh along the sides. How thoroughly would those areas need to be covered?  I plan on pairing with a pair of half chaps to help cover the laces.

Would these be okay, or does my search continue?
